Fuzzy Logic Robotics has showcased its universal and intuitive robotics simulation software, Fuzzy Studio, at the Hannover Messe Industry 2021 event.
The start-up’s programming and control solution has been designed to provide one software for all brands and models of robot and eliminate the need to learn proprietary programming languages for each brand of robot. Furthermore, the software is interchangeable, enabling users to switch robots without changing applications.
According to Fuzzy Logic Robotics, the solution offers high process performance and quality through its real-time industrial-grade control, while intuitive reprogramming, digital-twin simulation and instant deployment enable users to manage turnarounds efficiently.
The solution has been developed to import CAD and 3D files quickly, allowing for rapid construct of a high-fidelity and interactive robotic system. It can also visually create and modify trajectories, removing the need for coding or coordinating systems. Instead, users can see changes in 3D, executing them directly on the robot.
Additionally, 3D CAD objects can be dragged and dropped into the design and proprietary algorithms, automatically generating tool trajectories, which avoids collisions, saves time, enhances performance, and reinforces safety.
Furthermore, according to Fuzzy Logic, by harnessing deterministic real-time control algorithms “what you see in simulation is what you get in reality”. This means an entire application can be deployed with one click to the production robot, bridging the gap between simulation and reality.
Through the company’s one harmonised robotic interface, all robotic applications across a factory can be standardised, aiding operators as almost no further training is required. It also enables businesses to manage production changes directly in the factory for any robot or application.
