Rapyuta Robotics has launched its first US demonstration space for its automated storage and retrieval system (Rapyuta ASRS) in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The new facility allows visitors experience live demonstrations of the system, which until now were only available in Japan.
Since its introduction in 2023, Rapyuta ASRS has already garnered interest from several companies in Japan, with several placing orders.

The system entered the US market in June 2024 and the Schaumburg location marks a key milestone in expanding its presence stateside.
The facility offers a variety of interactive experiences for visitors, including live demonstrations and hands-on opportunities to explore the system’s interface and functionality.
During the demonstration, participants will be guided through the system’s key features, including its ability to integrate with existing inventory management platforms and operational processes.
In addition to the live demonstrations, visitors can experience the system firsthand and receive personalised consultations tailored to their specific warehouse operations.
The demonstrations typically last about an hour and provide valuable insights into how Rapyuta ASRS can optimise various aspects of inventory management and logistics.
