IntraLogisteX exhibitor AutoStore, a provider of automation-driven order fulfilment systems, has introduced an advancement in piece-picking technology with the launch of CarouselAI, an AI-powered robotic solution for order fulfilment.
Designed to meet the growing demand for rapid delivery, CarouselAI automates the traditionally labour-intensive order-picking process.
It was developed in collaboration with Berkshire Grey, and the CarouselAI integrates advanced artificial intelligence for 24/7 operations, ensuring high throughput and enhanced SKU coverage.
The new piece-picking solution is central to AutoStore’s vision for a more efficient and automated future of warehousing. It eliminates the bottlenecks caused by manual picking, enabling faster order fulfilment and improving overall warehouse productivity.
In addition to CarouselAI, AutoStore has introduced VersaPort, a warehouse upgrade that adapts to dynamic workflows without mechanical changes.
Additionally, AutoStore has expanded its Pio product range, which includes the P200, P400, and P600 models. These plug-and-play automation systems are designed for businesses with limited space and provide an affordable entry point for warehouse automation.
Mats Hovland Vikse, Chief Executive Officer of AutoStore, said: “AutoStore continues to lead the industry by driving innovation that enhances customer value and operational efficiency.
“As companies face increasing demands for speed and efficiency, AutoStore remains committed to delivering transformative solutions that empower our customers, streamline fulfilment, and accelerate digital transformation.”
