Universal Robots has announced new digital initiatives to help maintain business relations with customers during the coronavirus pandemic.
The cobot manufacturer is now offering free online meetings with its consultants and a series of on-demand webinars designed to provide specialist knowledge on a range of topics.
Dates for each webinar will be announced in the coming weeks, with the first – discussing packaging and palletising – scheduled for April 8th.
Other webinar topics include machine tending, screwdriving, welding, and sanding/polishing.
Mark Gray, UK and Ireland sales director, Universal Robots, said, “In these uncertain times, we understand that our specialised expertise is crucial for businesses.
“That’s why we’ve made it simple and free to get access to our local experts through online meetings, as well as in-depth discussions of the practical applications of our cobots.
“Through improved collaboration with businesses, we can continue to use technological solutions to future-proof businesses in manufacturing, and many other sectors.”
