Hy-Tek Holdings (Hy-Tek), a provider of turnkey solutions for logistics processes, has acquired Winchester Industrial Controls LLC (Winchester), a control system specialist.
Winchester, located in Bristol, Connecticut, is a provider of control systems and installation for automated material handling systems.
Hy-Tek serves customers across a range of sectors, including e-commerce, third-party logistics and parcel handling.
Sam Grooms, CEO of Hy-Tek, said: “Hy-Tek’s acquisition of Winchester Controls broadens our offerings as the predominant player in material handling.
“With the addition of Winchester Industrial Controls’ highly experienced team, Hy-Tek further enhances its ability to execute concurrent large-scale projects in support of our enterprise logistics platform.”
In January 2022, Hy-Tek acquired Advanced Handling Systems (AHS), another integrator of automated material handling solutions, which specialises in automating e-commerce, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, food and beverage and wholesale operations.
