Technology company LMI Technologies, part of TKH Group, which specialises in automation, has bought Liberty Robotics, a provider of 3D vision guidance systems for robotic applications.
Liberty Robotics, which is headquartered in Michigan and has 32 employees, 70% of which are in research and development, had a turnover of US$7m in 2023.
The company has a strong presence in the North American market, and has specialties in automotive, materials handling, packaging, and logistics industries.
The company’s systems enable precise end-of-arm robotic guidance for applications including part handling and the application of coatings and sealers.
