Rotom Group has strengthened its position in the UK with the acquisition of Kingsbury Pallets, a provider of various pallet solutions.
The acquisition adds 76 employees and two large facilities in the UK, increasing the company’s footprint by a total of 365,972f².
Based in 11 European countries, Rotom Group is a full-service provider of load carriers, including wooden and plastic pallets, metal roll cages, and pooling services.
The acquisition of marks the latest in a series of strategic expansions by Rotom, following similar moves in the past two years, which included the acquisitions of All Pallets, Robotics & Automation Exhibition exhibitor goplasticpallets.com, Lievaart-Slaghuis in the Netherlands, and Englmeier in Germany.
