Industrial space parts, repairs, and maintenance solutions provider Radwell International has announced the installation of a robotics testing centre of excellence at its facility in Blackburn, UK to ensure quality control for spare parts.
The company, reportedly one of Europe’s biggest distributors of new and reconditioned industrial automation and electronic control equipment, provides more than 350 manufacturers with hard-to-source parts.

The new facility in Blackburn features 13 working robots from six brands, including Kuka, ABB, Yaskawa, Motoman, Kawasaki and Comau, all linked to fully-functional control panels, allowing Radwell to repair and test robotic and control components to support customers worldwide.

The robots at the Blackburn facility add to further test units at sites across Europe and the USA, covering brands from Denso, Nachi, Panasonic and Hanwha, amongst others.
