Adam Coventry, former director of warehousing at Boots UK, will reveal how SMEs can unlock the potential of automation at Robotics and Automation 2025.

Coventry has 30 years’ experience across multiple supply chain leadership roles at Boots UK, where he led a radical transformation of warehousing as part of both the retail and e-commerce supply chains.
As director of warehousing, his responsibilities included operational strategy, sustainability planning, full budget accountability and leading a significant team of colleagues in delivering customer success.
Passionate about new technology and associated solutions, Coventry commissioned multiple and varied automation projects that delivered efficient and sustained outcomes.
