Coventry has 30 years’ experience across multiple supply chain leadership roles at Boots UK where he led a radical transformation of warehousing as part of both the retail and ecommerce supply chains.
As the director of warehousing, his responsibilities included operational strategy, sustainability planning, full budget accountability and leading a significant team of colleagues in delivering customer success.
Passionate about new technology and associated solutions Adam commissioned multiple and varied automation projects which delivered efficient and sustained outcomes. He is an advocate for lifelong learning holding MBA from The University of Nottingham and has been a CILT member for 30 years.
