IntraLogisteX 2020 exhibitor RARUK Automation has announced that it will reopen the UK’s first Universal Robots Authorised Training Centre at its headquarters in Shefford on Tuesday 4 August 2020.
RARUK Automation issued a statement on Staying Covid-19 Secure in 2020, confirming that it has complied with the UK government’s guidance on managing the risk of the virus.
Social distancing will continue to be standard throughout the building and training visitors twill be limited to no more than two people at any one time. There will also be a temperature check on arrival before being escorted to the designated training area.
RARUK Automation said the reopening allows the certified Universal Robots trainers to continue to provide tuition in collaborative robot (cobot) programming. UR training modules cover core to advanced cobot programming, including cobot scripting, preventative maintenance, system troubleshooting and parts replacement.
