Both companies have also committed to developing tailored automation solutions for manufacturing applications, as well as expanding their presence in the South Asian market, including in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Through the partnership, Doosan Robotics and VRNJ will provide advanced manufacturing solutions such as parts finishing, palletising, inspection, and pick & place automation.
Ryu Jeong-hoon, CEO of Doosan Robotics, said: “Southeast Asia is the second-largest manufacturing hub after China, with a growing number of new factories. As businesses increasingly prioritise productivity and worker safety, demand for cobots is rising, particularly at the factory setup stage.
“We will strengthen our collaboration with VRNJ and intensify marketing efforts to establish a strong foundation for large-scale orders in the region.”
Achievements and innovations in retail and e-commerce, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, automotive, transport & logistics, and more will be celebrated at the Robotics & Automation Awards on 29 October 2025 at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
