US third-party logistics provider KSP Fulfillment has partnered with Peak Technologies and Locus Robotics to enhance its warehouse operations in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The collaboration involves the deployment of 60 Locus autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) at KSP’s 225,000ft2 facility, with operations having commenced in August 2024.
The integration of Locus Robotics’ AMRs is part of KSP’s strategy to boost throughput, efficiency, and worker ergonomics in its fulfilment processes.
“Locus’s cutting-edge robotics are revolutionising warehouse fulfilment and distribution,” said Josh Haynes, senior vice president and general manager at KSP Fulfillment.
“By augmenting our human workforce with LocusBots, we will unlock transformative gains in throughput, efficiency and worker ergonomics – all while strengthening our commitment to world-class service for our customers.”

Peak Technologies, a provider of digital supply chain and mobile workforce solutions, played a role in integrating the Locus AMRs into KSP’s existing warehouse technologies.
The LocusBots will work alongside human employees to pick and transport inventory and orders throughout the warehouse, streamlining picking and replenishment operations to meet growing customer demand.
As the autumn season approaches, KSP plans to deploy an additional 50 seasonal LocusBots to cope with the anticipated increase in demand.
The deployment at KSP Fulfillment coincides with Locus Robotics surpassing three billion picks by its robots across global customer deployments.
