Parcel delivery company Evri has announced a £1m investment in its AI strategy to improve customer service and streamline parcel deliveries. The strategic investment aims to improve customer service through smarter data use, enhanced parcel security and optimised workforce productivity. Future plans include testing augmented reality headsets for couriers for training purposes and developing a detailed network of digital twins.
