Autonomous building technology company BrainBox AI has initialised its Network Operations Centers (NOC), based in Ireland, Australia and Canada, enabling the company to monitor its self-adaptive heating and ventilation solutions 24/7.
These centres provide real-time analysis of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings, no matter where they are located. They are designed to safeguard communications between cloud AI and building assets, while ensuring thermal comfort in connected spaces.
Additionally, the NOCs in Dublin, Sydney and Montreal will oversee HVAC asset operations and maintenance status. Possible issues can be screened and resolving remotely where possible. The network can also inform on system inconsistencies that require onsite interventions.
“We’re thrilled to launch our global monitoring centres to support our growing worldwide customer base. This milestone enables us to introduce 24/7 observation, as we seek to significantly reduce energy use and the carbon footprint of commercial real estate space,” said Jean-Simon Venne, CTO of BrainBox AI.
“Buildings produce close to one fifth of the world’s total carbon emissions. Our easy-to-install technology helps buildings become greener by adding a seamless layer of autonomous artificial intelligence.”
