Global automation solutions provider and Robotics and Automation exhibitor Dematic has announced the opening of a new office in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
This expansion marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Taiwan and the broader North Asia region.
Dematic’s decision to establish a local office builds on its ongoing expansion in Taiwan, where the company has already implemented key projects across several sectors, including retail, food and beverage, third-party logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
The new office will allow the company to respond swiftly to customer needs and improve project execution, particularly with recent large-scale orders from major retailers in Taiwan.

The new office is located in the heart of Taoyuan City’s emerging business district, close to Taoyuan International Airport and the Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station.
Dematic’s expansion in Taiwan is part of the company’s broader regional strategy. In addition to Taiwan, Dematic operates in several other key markets across Asia Pacific, including China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Steve Cheung, president, Asia and China for Dematic, said: “The Taiwan office is an important part of Dematic’s strategic goal – helping our customers in Asia achieve sustainable growth. It will further enhance our capabilities to provide timely support in Taiwan and throughout Asia.”
