IntraLogisteX, the only materials handling and intralogistics exhibition to be held in the UK in 2020, will now take place on 29 and 30 September in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The show was originally scheduled to take place at the Ricoh Arena on 31 March and 1 April, but following UK government advice regarding Covid-19 show organiser Akabo Media has moved the show to the autumn.
Akabo has already held discussions with the venue and suppliers as to what measures will be put in place in order to deliver a safe show for visitors and exhibitors alike, while show exhibitors have already pledged support for the move to the autumn dates.
All existing bookings and visitor registrations will remain in place and will be transferred to the rescheduled dates. IntraLogisteX 2020 is home to some 130 exhibitors from across the world of materials handling and intralogistics, with a strong focus on robotics and warehouse automation.
The rescheduled exhibition will continue to incorporate the IntraLogisteX Conference and the Automation and Innovation Conference.
